Amber B. Prior to co-founding GDLF, Ms. Derham worked a law firm in Newport Beach practicing in the areas of labor and employment, personal injury, premises liability, real property disputes, construction defect, and landlord habitation statutes. Ms. Derham also worked at a Los Angeles firm handling personal injury matters from inception through trial, including 4 trials to jury verdict.

Ms. Derham is admitted to practice law in California and Tennessee. She is a member of the California State Bar Association (Labor and Employment Section) and the Orange County Bar Association (Labor and Employment Section). Ms. Derham is also a member of the Tennessee Bar Association (Labor and Employment Section). She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier Law School, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University - Fullerton. Ms. Derham’s involvement in the legal community began during her undergraduate studies where she externed for the College Legal Clinic and participated in the judicial intern program through the Orange County Superior Court. During law school, Ms. Derham served as a Child and Family advocate through the Whittier Special Education Clinic. Ms. Derham also worked at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office as a Certified Law Clerk.
